3. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If the return is due to a change of mind, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
4. 7-Day Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, we will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item. The funds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal).
