1. Orders & Checkout

How do I place an order? Simply browse our online store, select the products you love, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your shipping details and payment information securely.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed? We pride ourselves on extremely fast processing (0 to 1 business day). Because of this, once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please email us at support@kyliecosmetics.store immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do? Order confirmation emails are sent automatically immediately after checkout. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact us, and we will resend it to the correct email address.

2. Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

  • Orders $100.00 and over: You automatically qualify for FREE Standard Shipping!
  • Orders under $100.00: A flat shipping rate of $10.00 applies.

How long will it take to receive my package? We know you are excited to get your products!

  • Handling Time: 0 – 1 Business Day (Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are processed on the same or next business day).
  • Transit Time: 1 – 3 Business Days.
  • Total Expected Delivery: 1 to 4 Business Days from the moment you place your order.

How do I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. Click the link in the email to follow your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

What happens if my package is marked as “Delivered” but I haven’t received it? Sometimes carriers scan packages a day early. Please check with your neighbors or building manager first. If you still cannot locate your package after 3 business days, contact us immediately, and we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unsealed, and in its original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you are returning the item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

How soon will I get my refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned package at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days. The funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow your bank a few extra days to post the balance to your account.

Can I exchange a product? We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need a replacement for the exact same item, please email us with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery.
