  • Handling Time: 0 – 1 Business Day (Monday – Friday)

Details: All orders successfully placed and payment-cleared before 5:00 PM (EST) on a regular business day will be processed on the same day or the following business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST), or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next available business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Transit Time We offer simple, transparent shipping rates based on your total order value.

  • Transit Time: 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
  • Total Delivery Time: 1 – 4 Business Days (Handling Time + Transit Time)

Shipping Costs:

  • Standard Shipping (Orders under $100.00): A flat shipping rate of $10.00 applies.
  • Free Shipping (Orders $100.00 and over): Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all qualifying orders.

Note: The total order value is calculated after any promotional discounts have been applied and before applicable taxes.

3. Delivery Locations Currently, we offer shipping services within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please ensure you provide a valid physical residential or commercial address during checkout to avoid any delivery delays.

4. Order Tracking Stay updated on your beauty haul! Once your order has been carefully packed and dispatched from our facility, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation email. This email will include your unique carrier tracking number and a link to track your package’s journey in real-time. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to become active in the carrier’s system.

5. Address Modifications & Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@kyliecosmetics.store.

  • If the order has not yet been processed (within our 0-1 day handling window), we will do our best to update the details.
  • Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we can no longer modify the destination address, and Kylie Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Your satisfaction is our priority. While we ensure every package is securely wrapped, transit issues can occasionally happen.

  • Damaged Items: If your products arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will swiftly arrange a replacement.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it is still missing after 3 business days, contact our support team, and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
